We had Dustin from 409 Group come out to work on the heater in our office trailer, and he was absolutely fantastic! He actually serviced our unit once before when he was with a different company, and we liked him so much that we requested him specifically this time, even though he’s no longer with the same company.Just like the first time, he did an excellent job. Dustin quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC unit, got our heat back up and running, and was professional, friendly, and thorough the entire time. We really appreciate his consistent quality of work and the peace of mind he brings.Highly recommend 409 Group and definitely recommend asking for Dustin!

I was impressed with previous service so I joined as a VIP Member. I called to schedule an inspection of my central heat system & Dustin was dispatched. He arrived on time & was very thorough. He also took the time to clearly explain what he found & answer all my questions. Dustin was very courteous & professional. Then when I had trouble leaving a review Miss Jenny was very patient & provided me with a link that worked for me. Every experience I have had with the staff has been very positive. Was referred to 409 Group by my daughter, a local realtor, for a water heater replacement. She called them, they called me within 30 minutes (on a holiday weekend), scheduled a visit for later that day. The tech quoted me the replacement cost and we agreed to replace the second water heater that was the same age. Great professional work done by friendly techs at a great price. Can't give as many stars as I would like.

They took care of a nasty, smelly drain problem that we have had for years. It was a pleasure doing business with 409 Group. Let’s just say I am in the business of operations. This business has it put together.Multiple text messages confirming my appointment prior to arrival.A call and a text message day of to give a more accurate time in which was right on the dot per his arrival.Very professional and courteous ! Knocked out the job and cleaned up any evidence he was even here. These guys installed my Generac about a year ago and I had the same experience.Thats why I called them for this project.I will use them for all things going forward.I needed a gas line capped that was ran to my dryer from previous owners. Yes I could have done it but it’s gas and I have kids so it meant more to have it professionally done and validated once gas was turned back on.Just do it these guys rock !

Called 409 group to update the toilets in both upstairs bathrooms. John came out and did a fantastic job. Very courteous and experienced. Also had him swap out an older toilet in the game room. All three toilets were grouted in and look great. Would definitely use them again.

Shout out to the best in the 409! They are the best option around. I tried a couple of other companies, but they were able to do an amazing job with a fraction of the cost some of the other companies were charging. Thanks to Dustin and his team for giving me a comprehensive evaluation on my AC issue and coming out here the very next day and fixing my AC. They did a phenomenal job. Don’t look anywhere else, 409 Group is the best in town hands down.

What a wonderful experience! I had a lot of new lights exchanged for old ones. What should have been an easy job turned out to be pretty challenging. My technician, CJ, didn’t let the challenge get to him and exhibited great patience throughout the whole job. I am so happy with the outcome. I will definitely use the 409 Group again for other projects.

Had a time sensitive electrical issue and was worried about the worst.This company sent Tristian to come help out. And let me tell you, he is a bright young man who fixed everything within 2 hours and prevented disaster.I can’t speak for their other techs but if they are anything like him then they are A1!Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their electrical!

Well we all know when things break its not ever at a good time. My A/C stopped blowing cold air mid-day and I was having a get together the next day at the house. I made several calls trying to get someone out that day and schedules just didn't work out, no fault of anyone I attempted to call. I called the 409 Group and spoke with Stephen who said they were busy but would see what he could do to meet my needs, 10 minutes later he called me back and had a Technician coming. Technician arrived, Juan, super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue. A couple of days later there was another issue and I called Stephen and advised of the issue, Stephen was very apologetic and said he would send a Technician back out, which is when Dylan arrived, super polite, very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process that he was taking to my spouse due to me having to leave out of town for work. I cant thank Stephen, Jose and Dylan enough for addressing our needs in a expeditiously, professional and courteous manner. God Bless and I definitely will utilize the 409 Group for future unforeseeable issues that may arise. They definitely went above and beyond the 5 star rating, YALL ARE A 10

This group truly is a "one stop shop" for your home repair needs. Jeryco came out to take care of some plumbing issues I was having. He was very thorough and answered some questions I had about other work that needed to be done around the house, including needing a new roof that I had been waiting way too long for another contractor to show up for. Jeryco made some calls and by the end of the next day, I had a new roof on my house. The roofing guys took care not to leave a mess, and I've yet to find any evidence in my yard that they were even there.The work was done quickly and done well, and I feel like the prices were more than fair. Rick kept in touch throughout the process and he even came by after the work was all complete.All in all, from top to bottom, I think these guys are great and I would highly recommend giving them a call for whatever needs to be done around the house. They take pride in their work, and it shows.
